January 5.

Six Word Saturday:

~ When we throw away, where's away? ~

— — — — —
Bright colored plastics, nylon rope, stuff that does not belong in nature. In this case, dumped in the ocean from a boat, then washed ashore during the last storm. Littering and polluting our coastline, visually and environmentally.

A rather grammatically confusing post but is carrying an important message nonetheless.

So true. We all need to be more conscious of what we're doing.

Good question. Sheesh, seeing all that yucky trash certainly makes you think twice, doesn't it?

It has amazed me what people will throw away instead of putting it in a trash container. I also peeved by the pooper people who don't scoop.

You make a very good point, where is *away*? This is why we (my family) recycles everything we can and we make sure to cut the 6-pack rings, sqaush plastic yogurt cups (so little animals can't get stuck inside) etc. There are still so many who just throw things out the winds of their cars, leave their trash on the beaches and parks etc. Very sad but very poignant six words. Happy 6WS! :-)
